Since 2012, Timeless Treatments has provided safe, professional aesthetic treatments in Manchester. What began as a small clinic has grown into a trusted name, led by two Nurse Practitioners with decades of medical experience.

Our focus is on treating each client individually. Every face is different, and every plan is made to match. We take time to listen, understand, and guide, ensuring the results feel natural and right for you. The aim is simple: subtle improvements that highlight your best features and without altering who you are.

Meet our practitioners

Helen O’Donoghue

Helen is a Registered Nurse (BSc Hons) with more than 30 years in clinical practice. She is an Independent Nurse Prescriber and fully qualified Aesthetic Practitioner with advanced training in anti-wrinkle injections, dermal fillers, PRP (Vampire Therapy), fat dissolving injections, skin boosters, and polynucleotides.

Her extensive background in healthcare ensures every treatment is carried out with safety and care, while her skill in aesthetics delivers results that look natural and balanced. Helen is known for her calm, approachable manner and the trust she builds with clients who return to her for consistent, reliable results.

Louise Harrison

Louise is a highly experienced Registered Nurse with 17 years of clinical practice, an Independent Nurse Prescriber, and holds a Level 7 university-accredited qualification in Tissue Viability. She proudly holds the title of Community Queens Nurse, recognising her outstanding contributions to community healthcare and patient advocacy.

Louise has completed advanced aesthetic medicine training at the prestigious Harley Medical Training Academy (formerly Skinviva) and is committed to delivering safe, ethical, and evidence-based aesthetic treatments. Her practice is grounded in clinical excellence, patient education, and a deep understanding of skin health and wound healing.
