Terms & Conditions

Last updated: October 2025

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions set out the agreement between Timeless Treatments Ltd (“we”, “our”, “us”) and any client receiving treatment at our clinic located at 3 Lodge Road, Radcliffe, Manchester M26 1AL. By booking or undergoing a treatment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

Appointments and Consultations

All clients must attend a consultation prior to treatment. During this appointment, the practitioner will review your medical history, assess suitability for the chosen treatment, and explain the potential benefits, limitations, and risks. You will have the opportunity to ask questions before proceeding.

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time or the need to reschedule. Deposits are required for some treatments and are non-refundable in cases of non-attendance or short-notice cancellation.

Consent and Medical Disclosure

Before any procedure, you will be required to complete and sign a Consent Form confirming your understanding of the treatment, its risks, and your agreement to proceed. You are responsible for ensuring that all medical information provided is accurate and complete.

If your health, medication, or medical circumstances change, you must inform your practitioner prior to further treatment. Failure to disclose relevant information may affect your safety and results. Timeless Treatments Ltd cannot accept responsibility for adverse effects caused by inaccurate or withheld information.

Treatment and Results

All procedures performed by Timeless Treatments Ltd are cosmetic and elective. Treatments are carried out by qualified practitioners using recognised products and methods. However, individual results vary, and no guarantees can be made regarding the outcome.

Possible side effects include mild redness, bruising, swelling, tenderness, or small lumps at the injection site. These effects are usually temporary. More serious complications are rare but can occur, and will be discussed during your consultation. By proceeding with treatment, you confirm that you understand and accept these risks.

Aftercare and Follow-Up

You will be provided with verbal or written aftercare advice following your procedure. It is your responsibility to follow this guidance carefully to support recovery and maintain results.

If you experience any unexpected effects or have concerns following your treatment, you should contact the clinic promptly for advice. Follow-up appointments may be offered at the practitioner’s discretion depending on the treatment performed.

Photography and Image Use

Photographs may be taken before and after your procedure to document treatment progress and results. These photographs form part of your medical record and are stored securely.

By signing the Consent Form, you acknowledge that you may be asked to authorise the use of your photos for marketing or educational purposes (such as on our website, social media, or printed materials). Photos will only be used publicly if you have provided explicit consent for release, as indicated on your signed consent form.

Payments and Refunds

Treatment fees are confirmed during booking or consultation. Payment is required either in advance or at the time of treatment. Deposits are non-refundable in cases of missed appointments or late cancellations.

Because results vary between individuals, refunds are not offered once a treatment has been carried out. If you experience an unexpected reaction, please contact us so that we can assess the situation and advise accordingly.

Liability and Indemnity

By signing the consent form and proceeding with treatment, you agree to release Timeless Treatments Ltd and its practitioners from any liability for adverse effects or dissatisfaction with treatment outcomes, except where negligence can be established.

We take reasonable measures to ensure treatments are carried out safely and appropriately, but clients are responsible for following medical disclosure and aftercare instructions.

Use of Anaesthesia and Products

Topical or local anaesthetic may be used where appropriate. All products used are sourced from authorised suppliers and are designed for professional cosmetic use. Product details are available on request.

Amendments to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions periodically to reflect operational, legal, or policy changes. The most recent version will always be available on our website and dated accordingly. Clients are encouraged to review these terms from time to time.
